Universal Banker

We’re looking for a Universal Banker for our Downtown Orlando Office who will be our customer’s go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. This role combines the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. You’ll be empowered to promote Climate First Bank’s full suite of products and services, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.

You will expertly answer customer questions, liaising across different functions within the Bank but always acting as the owner of an inquiry. You understand who we are and what we stand for and strive to be embedded in the communities we serve, always acting as an ambassador and sales agent of the Bank.
