Client Services Associate
Oxford Advisory Group (OAG) is a full‑service financial firm specializing in assisting clients in or near retirement. We are looking for a Client Services Associate who is intelligent, articulate, pleasant, dependable and brings a great attitude to work every day.
Base Pay RangeStarting salary range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year.
Commitment38 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a lunch each day and some flexibility around start time.

- Handle varying work tasks including transferring funds from numerous financial institutions.
- Service clients on phone calls, provide exemplary customer service during in‑office visits.
- Calendar management, work with the investment team on recommendations for clients’ financial plans.
- Provide critical thinking skills and show great attention to detail.
- Lead behind‑the‑scenes financial processes, giving guidance on cases and ensuring excellent client service.
- Complete tasks with little or no supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
- 4‑year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Series 65 or 66 with Life & Health Licenses is a bonus but not required.
- 1–3 years experience in financial services working with clients transferring assets.
- Strong understanding of reporting and financial plan building.
- Strong experience with MS Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive mentality, positive attitude, and consistent follow‑through.
- Highly intelligent, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with good time management and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with Wealthbox CRM.
- 2+ years working in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Work with high‑net‑worth clients to ensure their retirement is on track.
- Communicate with carriers and investment companies ensuring clients are helped with funds transfers during onboarding.
- Meet face‑to‑face with clients in‑office or via Zoom.
- Listen to and understand client needs, respond promptly and professionally.
- Be a high performer who is highly motivated to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
