Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, fully licensed Client Service Assistant to join our team. This on-site role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys supporting the ongoing needs of both clients and advisors. The position combines client relationship management, operational support, and advisory service delivery within a dynamic, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, delivering prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service.
  • Assist advisors with all aspects of client onboarding, account management, and financial plan implementation.
  • Prepare for and follow up on client meetings, including generating reports, handling documentation, and managing action items.
  • Execute trades, account transactions, and other investment-related requests in accordance with firm and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate client data within CRM and custodian platforms.
  • Coordinate with custodians, product providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the creation and execution of investment, retirement, and insurance strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and improve service efficiency.
  • Stay informed on market trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
  • Licensing: Active FINRA Series 7 required;
    FINRA Series 66 (or Series 63/65) and 2-15 State Insurance license preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within a wealth management or hybrid advisory/brokerage environment.
  • Solid understanding of investment products, retirement planning, and financial planning principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with financial planning software, custodial platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.
