Under the direction of the Branch and/or Production Manager, market and promote Prime Lending products and services to clients including realtors, builders, bank officers, and potential and past clients. Perform office or non-manual work related to the management or general business operations of Prime Lending and its customers.

Responsibilities

Evaluate Prime Lending’s and other loan products to determine the best financial solutions for customers.

Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales representatives; visit subdivisions as needed.

Market and promote Prime Lending’s financial products.

Meet company production standards in funded units/volume by processing complete and accurate loan applications.

Manage customer interactions from application to closing, including counseling and pre-qualifying buyers.

Analyze customer income, assets, investments, or debts.

Advise customers on different loan products’ advantages and disadvantages.

Service existing customers, collect necessary documents, fees, and lock-in information.

Monitor the loan process to ensure conformity with terms.

Communicate loan status and obtain documentation after closing.

Present loan terms and conditions to customers.

Stay informed on real estate market trends, regulations, and industry developments.

Maintain professional standards and adhere to company policies.

Potentially supervise other loan officers, assistants, or processors.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; appropriate licenses as required by state.
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Minimum 12 months of loan originator experience.
Effective communication and judgment skills.
Ability to analyze large data sets and use relevant software.
Active community involvement and professional networking.
Continuous industry knowledge expansion.
