Position Overview
You will be the Finance Associate Manager for the E&T Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program objectives, while also contributing to department initiatives and 1
LMX activities.
- Appoint and coach financial analysts, maintaining clear division of responsibilities.
- Manage team workload and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Develop and track budgets, manpower forecasting, and earned‑value computation.
- Support EAC analysis and prepare recommendations for leadership.
- Coordinate with Programs and FPA to support sales forecasting and head‑count planning.
- Mentor and coach team members, and maintain performance‑review responsibilities.
- Program and team leadership skills highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience motivating a team.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills for executive leadership.
- Self‑starter, process‑oriented, structured problem‑solver aptitude.
- Interest in technical details supporting Engineering & Technology.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management System).
- Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel pivot tables, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing subordinates; strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to liaison between technical and business communities.
- Knowledge of E&T Finance and other BMIT business rhythms, including workforce planning, NBAE, Proposals, and EAC management.
- Knowledge of current tools and processes, understanding of 1
LMX and its impact on the business.

Location & SchedulePosition is in Orlando, Florida.
Schedule:
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework is available for a portion of the work schedule.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
