Finance Manager

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 Location: Orlando, FL | Remote

Ready to lead a growing finance function while remaining hands-on with FP&A, reporting, and business partnership? This remote Finance Manager opportunity offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the chance to improve how financial information supports decisions across the organization.

This Finance Manager will lead a small, high-performing team while owning recurring financial reporting, P&L analysis, and cross-functional planning. The role reports directly to the VP of Finance and Revenue Strategy and will help build the processes, dashboards, and reporting structure that support continued growth.

• Partner with business leaders on financial planning, decision support, and ad hoc analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting
• Experience managing or mentoring finance professionals
• Strong P&L, variance analysis, financial reporting, and advanced Excel experience
• Experience with in a multi-entity or services organization preferred
