Manager of FP&A

Compensation: Up to $150,000 + Bonus

Ready to step into a highly visible FP&A leadership role within a growing insurance organization? This opportunity offers ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis while partnering directly with senior leadership across the business.

This Manager of FP&A will lead core planning and analysis activities across multiple operating units, strengthen financial reporting and forecasting processes, and translate business performance into clear recommendations for leadership.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple business units
• Gain direct exposure to senior leadership and key operational decision-makers
• Influence business strategy through meaningful financial and operational analysis
• Improve financial models, dashboards, and FP&A processes

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and recurring projection processes
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses
• Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, pricing changes, and operational performance
• Build financial models supporting strategic planning, scenario analysis, and business decisions
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate risks, opportunities, and departmental spending
• Improve reporting processes, financial systems, and planning tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance experience
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial modeling experience
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred
• Adaptive Planning experience is a strong plus
