Manager of FP&A
Location: Orlando, FL
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

- Analyze revenue, margins, expenses, and operating results to identify trends and business opportunities
- Partner with accounting, operations, and department leaders on financial planning and process improvement initiatives
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Ability to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in insurance, healthcare, professional services, or multi-entity organizations
- Strong accounting foundation or P&L ownership experience
- Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus
