About the Role:

Our client, a leading Big Four professional services firm, is hiring Associate Data Analysts to start their careers in AML and transaction monitoring. You’ll work with real-world financial data and get hands-on training from an experienced team. No prior analyst experience is needed. Must-Haves:
Bachelors Degree in any field. Willingness to work on-site in Orlando, 5 days/week Available for full-time, 40 hours/week Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Clear written communication Comfortable working with data (Excel or similar) Eager to learn; no prior experience required Day To Day:
Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts Analyze financial data to spot unusual or suspicious activity Document findings clearly and accurately Follow AML procedures and quality standards Collaborate with the team and learn from senior analysts Build skills in AML, financial crimes, and data analysis Compensation Hourly Rate: $22 to $24 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
