Tax Manager

Target Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 + Bonus

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities for the Income Tax Manager:

• Prepare and review federal, Canadian, state, and local income tax returns
• Execute quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision calculations and reporting
• Maintain tax work papers, audit documentation, internal controls, and compliance records
• Coordinate filings, payments, and reporting deliverables with external advisors and auditors
• Research complex tax issues and provide recommendations to leadership

Qualifications for the Income Tax Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, federal corporate taxation, and multi-state compliance
