The Salon People – Aveda Southeast powered by the Salon People, based in St. Petersburg, Florida, seeks a Hair Color Specialist to join our Orlando team. The role focuses on displacing competing color brands, coaching salons, and expanding Aveda Hair Color adoption with passion and education.
You will work with the Sr. Hair Color Manager and Salon Development Partners to coach, educate, and support salons, driving confidence and performance while aligning with Aveda’s standards and growth plans.
This role is for the Hair Color Growth Coach & Educator (Travel 80%+) role at Aveda Means Business.
The position is based in Orlando, FL, United States.

The advertised compensation is 70.000 - 75.000.
