• 🎓 Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• ✅ Current, Active BCBA Certification
• 💼 Experience in ABA Therapy, especially in clinical or educational settings
• 📊 Strong Analytical Skills – Use data to drive decisions and adjust interventions
• 💬 Excellent Communication & Leadership – Guide, train, and collaborate with team members and families

• 🧠 Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral challenges
• 📝 Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• ⚖️ Implement and monitor interventions based on ABA principles
• 📊 Track progress and adjust treatments as needed
• 📋 Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
• 🤝 Provide training and support to families and RBTs
• 📚 Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices
