Avante Group, Inc is seeking an Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist to be responsible for assigned facilities, team support, and team projects as part of the Accounts Receivable (A/R) Team.

• Must possess great organizational skills
• Must be able to pay attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve
• Must have mathematical aptitude, be computer literate, ability to use Word, Outlook, Excel and Internet applications
• Must be team player

• Must have Skilled Nursing Facility Billing experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO Insurance, Co-Insurance claims
• Posting cash receipts
• Daily HMO, Co-Insurance and Medicaid claims follow up for assigned facilities
• Daily follow up on Medicare claims with intermediary
• Prepare Medicaid reimbursable bad debt
• All other duties as assigned

• AA degree preferred
• Bookkeeping, Skilled Nursing Facility or Medical Office background a must
