Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM | On‑call rotation

Overview
Home infusion therapy delivers safe, effective, and convenient medication treatment at patients’ homes, reducing hospital stays and improving quality of life. The Clinical Pharmacist ensures accurate, patient‑centered care by performing essential pharmacy procedures in compliance with scientific principles, regulatory standards, and Orlando Health policies.

• Dispense medications and IV fluids accurately and safely
• Ensure compliance with safety, emergency, and risk management protocols
• Document all activities per standards of care and quality guidelines
• Operate pharmacy equipment and systems following established policies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support patient care and customer service

• Education:
  
  Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
  
  D)
• Licensure:
  Active Florida Board of Pharmacy license (renewed every two years)
• Experience:
  
  Preferred hospital pharmacy or home infusion experience
