ScheduleThe position is an 80% full‑time commitment, meaning you will be scheduled for four weekday shifts per week. The 80% schedule will help support a healthy work/life balance by providing you one weekday free, in addition to your weekends. Your day off may be a Tuesday, or a Thursday (you may let your recruiter know your preference).

Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri - Shift times may include: 8am‑5pm, 9am‑6pm, and occasionally 7am‑4pm. If you have preferences/limitations, please inform your recruiter.
- Saturdays are optional for supplemental pay.
- 5th weekday shift is also optional for supplemental pay.
- Perform medical assessment of center patients (multiple clinics).
- Examine patient, compile patient medical data and results of examination.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x‑ray, electrocardiogram, and laboratory tests.
- Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care, and manage infection.
- Instruct and counsel patients regarding compliance with prescribed therapeutic regimens and health maintenance.
- Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in provision of continuity of care.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and revision of policies affecting medical practice judgment and quality of occupational health care.
- Assist in the development and presentation of education and instructional programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to all patients, clients and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
- Dedicated to exceeding customer and patient expectations as measured by NPER/NPS/TATs.
- Ensure accuracy when completing and executing tasks and performing quality assurance checks.
- Ensure accurate, concise, timely and complete documentation of results and paperwork.
- Provide an excellent, compassionate and warm patient experience regardless of patient volume.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi‑task in a busy environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs such as scheduling and working additional/different hours/shifts when appropriate.
- Effectively communicate with all patients, clients, supervisors and peers while incorporating Orange Book values.
- Listen to and understand internal and external client needs in order to act and address.

- Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program).
- Passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE).
- Current licensed physician assistant in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
- Must maintain work state physician assistant licensure throughout the course of employment.
- Customarily has at least one year of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency setting.
