We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Licensed Health Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional service to clients, assist with health insurance inquiries, and guide customers through selecting and enrolling in health plans. This role requires a deep understanding of health insurance products and the ability to communicate complex information clearly in Spanish.

• Provide information about healthcare options and insurance policies.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance policies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, etc.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and market trends.
• Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Address customer concerns regarding policies.
• Collaborate with team members for cohesive service.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Healthcare Insurance License
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable in completing tasks and attendance

• Wired Ethernet connection of at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Two 21" monitors
• Own headset (models to be provided during interview)
