Advent Health Medical Group Clinical Pediatric Psychologist Description

Advent Health Medical Group Neuropsychology at Orlando is seeking to hire a clinical psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services to our diverse patient population of pediatrics and the lifespan.

The provider will see pediatric patients 0‑18 years. This position is primarily clinical and heavily assessment focused, offering comprehensive services including assessment, parent and family consultation and education, and interventions for patients. The clinician will coordinate and collaborate with Developmental Pediatric care providers to improve health outcomes.

• Typical referrals include but are not limited to Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Depressive, Anxiety, Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders, and Specific Learning Disability.
• Provide comprehensive services including assessment, parent and family consultation and education, and interventions for patients.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Developmental Pediatric care providers to improve health outcomes.

• Outpatient responsibility.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday.

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD/PhD) from an accredited APA or CPA university.
• Experience in pediatric psychology, conducting comprehensive psycho educational testing and/or as a school psychologist.

• Current, valid Psychology license or license‑eligible in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
