Ensures compliance with safety regulations and laboratory standards. Manages inventory and orders supplies as needed. Collaborates with team members to design and implement research projects. Trains and supervises junior staff and interns. Develops and optimizes laboratory procedures and techniques. Conducts experiments and analyzes results to support research objectives. Prepares and maintains laboratory equipment and instruments. Collects, processes, and stores samples following established protocols.
Maintains accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and findings. Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues within the laboratory. Communicates findings and progress through reports and presentations. Other duties as assigned.
Associate, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)
Pay Range$37,719.57 - $60,351.30
