Full time – Shift: Friday‑Sunday 7am‑7pm

Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500
Relocation Bonus: $1,500

• Performs high‑quality CT examinations in accordance with provider orders and departmental protocols, ensuring optimal image quality for accurate diagnosis.
• Reviews patient history and clinical information to confirm exam appropriateness and identify potential contraindications.
• Prepares and administers IV contrast material following safety guidelines and monitors patients for adverse reactions.
• Positions patients accurately and comfortably, using immobilization devices when necessary, while ensuring radiation safety and ALARA principles are maintained.
• Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of patient care.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the EMR and PACS systems.
• Educates patients about the exam and completes all exams in a timely manner, maintaining workflow and minimizing empty table time.
• Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, including scanners, injectors, and monitors, adapting protocols for patients of all ages.
• Practices infection control standards and uses approved PPE and disinfectant agents.
• Follows department protocols for patient identification, informed consent, and time‑out procedures prior to starting exams.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Graduate (Required)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Computed Tomography (ARRT‑CT)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certificate (BLS)
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.‑CERT)
• Licensed Radiology Technologist – Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS‑LIC)
• Licensed Radiology Technologist – Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT)
• Licensed Radiology Technologist – Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (L.R.T.)
• Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT)
• Physicist‑Rad Therapy IEMA (PHYS‑RAD)
• Registered Technologist – Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT))
