North American Family Institute (NAFI) Florida is seeking a full-time Clinical Family Therapist to deliver the evidence‑based Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) program. This community‑based program works with adolescent youth and families involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide family counseling through group and individual sessions
- Meet with families in their homes and community settings
- Support at‑risk adolescents and their families through evidence‑based practices
- Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure successful outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in a related human service field
- Experience working with at‑risk adolescent populations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work some evening hours as needed
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with electronic health records
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Salary: $55,000 annually
