Must hold a BCBA certification and maintain credentialing with FL MCD and other insurances as needed
General Duties:
Protocol Modification on cases
Train Parents on implementation of the behavior plan
Manage supervision of RBT
Maintains certification and credentialing with MCD and other insurances as needed
Communicate with staff about clinical needs for the case
Write behavior plan and reassessment plans every 6 months
Winning Looks Like:
RBTs and BCaBAs feel supported, are turning in acceptable notes after session daily
Supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs is completed at 5% MINIMUM per client per month.
No restrictions on Provider insurances
Parents are happy with services
