Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Needed

• Hours:
  
  All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm OR 4-5 weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm
• Work setting: primarily in clients’ homes, with some sessions held in local centers depending on client needs
• Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn
• Compensation: $19.00-$25.00/hr
• Additional $2.00/hr upon completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6+ months of experience with kids (paid or volunteer; babysitting counts)
• Reliable car, driver’s license, and insurance
• Willingness to pass background and health checks
  
  Proficiently read, write, and speak English
• Successful completion of mandatory training:
  New Hire Orientation, 40 hours of RBT training, Skills Practice, CPR, CPI, and overlaps; passing the RBT exam
• A big heart, patience, and the ability to keep up with energetic kiddos

• Help kids learn through play: teach new skills such as communication, sharing, or following directions using games or activities
• Be a positive role model: encourage progress and celebrate small victories daily
• Stay active:
  
  move around, play, and engage throughout sessions
• Keep things organized: track progress and session outcomes (training provided)
• Support families: collaborate with teams to help families see real progress and hope

• Full, paid training (no experience needed)
