Advent Health in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced oncology social worker to assess psychosocial needs and support patients and families through cancer treatment. You will develop care plans, provide counseling, and coordinate resources to address barriers to care.
The role requires a Master’s in Social Work, an LCSW, and at least 3 years in oncology social work; OSW-C is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus in a faith-based health system.
