• High school diploma and current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.

We are seeking a dedicated Director of Food Services to oversee the daily operations of our Dietary Department in a long-term care facility. This position works closely with the Dietitian, Administrator, and nursing team to provide nutritious, quality meals that meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences.

• Oversee meal preparation, service, therapeutic diets, and menu planning.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise dietary staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, department budgets, and cost control.
• Participate in resident care planning, quality improvement, and facility inspections.
• Address resident and family concerns regarding meals and dietary services.

• High school diploma and current Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Training in food management, cost control, and therapeutic diets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain eligible AHCA background screening status.
• Must be available to work additional hours, weekends, and provide emergency coverage as needed.
