Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

Looking for a healthcare position where you can make a difference? Our client is seeking a friendly, organized professional with medical receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience to support patients and daily office operations.

• Answer calls and assist patients and caregivers.
• Verify insurance coverage, including Medicare and Medicaid.
• Handle patient intake, data entry, referrals, and paperwork.
• Explain medical equipment use and care.
• Prepare invoices and assist with delivery scheduling.
• Help with minor equipment troubleshooting and occasional deliveries.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Medical receptionist or healthcare customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
