Relief Night Auditor – 2 overnights & 3 evening shifts (3 pm–11 pm)

- Ensure every interaction with owners or guests is positive and memorable while checking them in/out and responding to requests
- Obtain/confirm guest information, assign rooms, activate & distribute keys
- Collect payment for room charges & other fees
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Check and send emails
- Always maintain a clean & tidy workspace
- Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings
- Access reservation system to determine unit availability & assist guests with reservations or changes as required
- Communicate with housekeeping, room service & security staff as necessary
- Resolve guests’ complaints & problems calmly & effectively
- Report unresolved problems with owners & guests to management
- Maintain a friendly, personable disposition
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Demonstrated excellence in service quality standards, responding to guests in a timely & professional manner; courteous & professional demeanor when handling upset guests or difficult situations
- Prior cash handling & data entry experience required
- Able to work weekends & holidays
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period or entire shift
Base pay range: $18.00 /hr – $18.00 /hr (actual pay based on skills & experience)
