Our hotel features 236 guest rooms and is an official Walt Disney World® Hotel located one mile from the Disney Springs area. Five team members report directly to the Front Office Manager.
We are looking for an ideal candidate with at least 6 months experience as a Guest Service Agent in hospitality. Experience with OnQ is a must. Ability to work the required shifts and passion for guest service.
Shift Pattern: 2-3 shifts per week (11 pm–7:30 am) weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $20.45 per hour

What will I be doing?As Night Auditor, you will oversee the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel’s commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will:
- Audit, post and balance daily cashiers’ work for outlets including rooms and food & beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
- Assist guests with concerns throughout the night
- Check in and check out guests, provide copies of their receipts
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
