• Clean rooms, including stripping dirty linens, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning dishes in the dishwasher.
• Make beds, clean bathrooms and counters, and move furniture as needed.
• Inspect rooms, ensuring they meet Hilton Grand Vacations standards upon guest arrival.
• Report deficiencies to maintain compliance with resort standards.
• Replenish linens and guest amenities.
• Assist co‑workers as requested.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain regular attendance and meet grooming and safety guidelines established by the company.

• 1+ year housekeeping or self‑inspection experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multitask and work during different shifts.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with team members and guests.
