The Home2 Suites by Hilton, a 124 all-suite hotel, is located off University Boulevard, a short walk from dining and a five‑minute walk to The University of Central Florida. This position is responsible for the operation and management of the housekeeping and laundry departments to ensure maximum service quality and overall cleanliness of the hotel including rooms and public areas.

• Foster a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and management.
• Supervise employees in the housekeeping department, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and counseling employees, planning and assigning work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required.
• Must be available for day shift and have flexibility to work weekends and holidays; schedule is based on hotel occupancy.
• High School diploma or equivalent and at least three years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar industry, including two years in a managerial/supervisory capacity.
• Computer knowledge including intranet and property management system.
