Key Responsibilities
* Guestroom Care:
Clean, sanitize, and reset rooms (beds, bathrooms, floors, surfaces, balconies/kitchenettes where applicable) per SOP and inspection standards.
* Linen & Amenities:
Replace linens/terry; restock amenities, coffee/tea, and collateral; follow par levels and sustainability guidelines.
* Maintenance Reporting:
Identify and report defects (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, furniture) via radio/CMMS; tag rooms out-of-service when needed.
* Safety & Compliance:
Use chemicals/equipment safely; follow PPE, OSHA, SDS, privacy, and key-control policies.
* Cart & Storage:
Keep carts stocked and organized; maintain clean closets/back-of-house areas; minimize waste and breakage.
* Public Areas (as assigned):
Support hallway/lobby touch-ups to ensure consistent cleanliness.
* Service Mindset:
Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and escalate concerns to leadership.
* Documentation:
Complete daily room credits, checklists, and lost & found procedures accurately and on time.
