- Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
- Housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (HOTSOS, REX, PMS, OPERA) is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills are required.
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure duties meet hotel standards and policies.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
- Assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members and monitor their performance, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment by staff and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train, mentor and provide ongoing coaching to housekeeping staff on procedures, guest service skills and equipment usage.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
