• Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Familiarity with hotel systems (HOTSOS, REX, PMS, OPERA) is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills are required.
• Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift items up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance in alignment with company standards and operational needs.

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure duties meet hotel standards and policies.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are met.
• Assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members and monitor their performance, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment by staff and adherence to safety and sanitation regulations.
• Train, mentor and provide ongoing coaching to housekeeping staff on procedures, guest service skills and equipment usage.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
