Night Auditor

Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites 3420 Lake Lynda Drive, Orlando FL 32817

Position: Night Audit (Part-Time)

Schedule: Friday and Saturday nights. Holidays required.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour. Pay is negotiable with prior experience.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. You'll be the face of the hotel overnight, welcoming late arrivals, helping guests, and balancing the day's transactions.

• Greet and check in guests, and handle check-outs and guest requests
• Complete the nightly audit: post charges, reconcile accounts, and balance the day
• Run end-of-day reports and prepare the daily reports for the morning team
• Answer phones and respond to guest questions or concerns
• Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Perform light front desk duties, such as restocking supplies and preparing the breakfast area

• Must be available Friday and Saturday nights, including holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working overnight
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Friendly, professional attitude and good communication skills
• Able to work independently

• Previous hotel, front desk, or night audit experience
• Experience with a hotel property management system

• Competitive starting pay of $16.00/hour, with higher pay for experienced candidates
