Responsibilities include:

• Engaging with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
• Creating customized itineraries that include park reservations, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, and special experiences.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Disney promotions, policies, and offerings to provide accurate information.
• Offering guidance on travel logistics, including transportation options and park navigation.
• Assisting clients with booking processes and ensuring all details are confirmed and organized.
• Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the planning process and during the trip.
• Handling any changes or issues that may arise before or during the vacation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge of Disney products and services.
