Recruiter / Lead Recruiter
We are seeking a Recruiter or Lead Recruiter for our boutique recruitment firm specializing in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Retail, and Manufacturing Industries. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a family-oriented team and to work with a dynamic recruiter skilled in relationship building and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of recruitment experience, with ability to run a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS and platforms like Linked In, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Interest or knowledge in the architecture and design industry is preferred but not required.
- Leadership qualities and a passion for helping people.
