At Wycliffe Bible Translators, we believe that when people encounter Jesus through Scripture, lives are transformed forever. Lack of Scripture is a massive barrier to evangelism, discipleship, church planting and other forms of ministry, and today there are 801 languages that still need Bible translation work started for the first time.

As a director of mobilization & recruitment your contributions will shape how people discover their part as they step into God’s mission. Are you ready to join in this transformational work?

• Represent the team in meetings, projects, workshops and partnership efforts.
• Work alongside the senior director and other team members.
• Work with other colleagues to proactively prioritize and fill roles.
• Develop objectives and business models to accelerate Bible translation.
• Improve functions, processes and engagements.
• Partner with leadership to apply design thinking to processes.
• Collaborate to develop tools and resources to evaluate, develop and attract individuals.
• Build relationships with recruiting, talent development and HR networks.
• Stay informed on current issues and best practices and advise leadership.

• You’re passionate about praying for Bible translation work and seeing lives around the world transformed by God’s Word.
• You have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of experience in human resources, public relations, business or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in sales, recruiting and management.
• You have a SHRM-CP certification.
• You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification).

• You encounter change with resilience and flexibility.
• Familiarity with Bible translation and ministry.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States as per U.S. employment laws.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $66,477 - $76,448. Actual pay rate may be higher based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget and allocation, if applicable. Additionally, the range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe’s non-profit ministry environment.
