Recruiter – Daniels Manufacturing Corporation (Orlando, FL)
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for all positions at each domestic entity, including hourly and salaried roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job postings
- Work closely with the HR Manager to design structured interview processes and establish competitive, equitable compensation ranges
- Collaborate with leaders to create and maintain updated job descriptions for all positions
- Partner with Marketing to enhance employer branding and candidate experience through recruiting campaigns, social media presence, and career site optimization
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring teams
- Recruit and select candidates who align with our culture and embody our core value of “Hire and Develop the Best,” ensuring every hire strengthens organizational performance and long-term success
- Manage all job offer extensions and partner with the HR Manager to determine the appropriate compensation
- Oversee candidate screening processes for background checks and drug screens, including handling adverse actions when necessary
- Manage onboarding processes through HR software (Paylocity) to ensure a smooth and compliant new hire experience
- Take extreme ownership over the functionality of the company’s applicant tracking system (Paylocity Recruiting Module) and ensure accurate position management within Paylocity’s HR & Payroll for each domestic entity
- Ensure recruiting practices support affirmative action compliance, including accurate applicant tracking, reporting, and documentation to meet federal and state requirements
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to support future workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
- Collaborate with the HR department on strategic initiatives and department goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably in a multi‑entity or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) required, Paylocity preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills required
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment required
