Recruiter

PM is an all-in-one recruiting platform that combines ATS, CRM, and project management tools to help recruiters, staffing agencies, and hiring teams manage the entire recruiting process effortlessly.

• Identify and reach out to potential customers (recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams) through calls, email follow ups and Linked In
• Qualify leads, engaging prospects with compelling messaging
• Set up product demos and manage the sales lifecycle with each potential customer
• Collaborate with Co founders to refine outreach strategies
• Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach and engagement

• 1-2+ years of experience in a hunter type sales or business development role in a SaaS organization
• A resume that highlights your wins, accomplishments, revenue generated or any metric(s) that showcases your success while being in a sales role to bring in new business
• Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging personality
• Self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Experience using CRM tools and sales automation platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Past experience in the recruiting, payroll and/or the HR tech industry is a big plus!
