Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at Browning's Pharmacy and Health Care located in Melbourne. Responsibilities include HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing daily personnel management.
Qualifications- Skills in Human Resources (HR) management and policy development
- Experience with employee benefits and personnel management
- Proven ability to manage HR processes and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
