We are a boutique recruitment firm focused on the luxury design market. Our company is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to support, develop, and manage our established recruitment team. The recruitment manager will work closely with our team to optimize daily process and ensure they achieve their quantifiable goals. We are looking for a positive leader who can identify unique strengths and opportunities for growth in each team member.
We have created a positive, supportive, goal-driven environment based on our core values. The right person has extensive experience in full-service direct hire recruitment within a luxury or creative market. We seek at least five years of team management experience with a proven track record of revenue growth and employee retention. Our clients are leaders and innovators in the Architecture and Design industry across the United States and globally, requiring a comprehensive understanding of client experience and the value of building meaningful long-term relationships.
This position will work closely with the leadership team to establish and execute the goals of each recruitment team member. It will also liaise with our Business Development, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective workflow and pipeline. The recruitment manager will balance the team’s project load and meet client deadlines.
We are an Orlando-based firm, and this person will be in the office 5 days a week. We currently do not offer relocation reimbursement.
Qualifications- 5+ years of recruitment management and team management experience
- Previous recruiting and/or management in a recruitment firm is highly required
- Experience with sales reporting and exceeding sales goals
- Interest or knowledge of the architecture and design industry
- Passionate about people and the betterment of individuals' lives
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience with Bullhorn ATS and other recruitment platforms (Linked In, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent written, verbal, negotiating, and communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational ability, and follow-up skills
- Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner
- From time to time, traveling to attend meetings and trade shows
