• partner with internal stakeholders across the company to help identify and hire the best leaders to drive the company's growth. You will:
• assist in creating innovative search strategies that identify and attract top talent with a focus on local community outreach (schools and organizations)
• conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions
• set up candidate video phone screens using modernhire for hiring managers to review
• post to niche job boards, as needed
• coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs
• assist in onboarding new hires during peak season
• main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral
• maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives
• communicate professionally and effectively with ambassadors, vendors and guests
• perform other duties as assigned

• bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience
• experience working in a fast-paced / high-volume environment
• intermediate to advanced microsoft office skills
• strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred
• experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred
• availability to work occasional weekends, evenings and holidays

rate: $18.00/hour
