Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full 360 recruitment role, responsible for developing client relationships, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across permanent and contract hiring.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE AND WILL REQUIRE YOU TO BE IN OFFICE 3 DAYS A WEEK

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement
• Source, assess, and qualify candidates using multiple channels (Linked In, CRM, referrals, direct search)
• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and competency-based assessments
• Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and oversee offer negotiation and onboarding
• Deliver both direct hire and contract placements (where applicable)

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines within your specialist market
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience, acting with integrity and professionalism

• Meet and exceed agreed billing, placement, and activity targets
• Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
• Support junior consultants and contribute to team collaboration where appropriate

• Minimum 3–5+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Proven track record of billing success and client development
• Experience recruiting within engineering, technical, construction, industrial, or similar markets preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
