What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the full life cycle recruiting process, including creating job postings and tracking candidates
• Exceed recruiting metrics for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining compliance
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand business goals and team dynamics
• Develop and maintain a recruiting brand through creative advertising and sourcing initiatives
• Establish and implement a yearly recruiting action plan, including budgeting and compensation parameters

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales/marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday)
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all organizational levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Agency/Search firm experience is preferred
• Sales/Marketing recruitment experience is a plus
• Demonstrated success in proactive recruiting, sourcing, and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment plans in a fast-paced environment
• Strong presentation skills with a professional presence
