Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter (English/Spanish)

Join Prime One as a Bilingual CDL Driver Recruiter. In this role you will help identify, evaluate, and hire top driving talent for our trucking team.

The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in attracting professional drivers to join our company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified drivers.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to screen potential candidates.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Communicate job expectations clearly to candidates, including pay, routes, schedules, and benefits.
• Collaborate with the HR team and management to ensure hiring goals are met.
• Use social media, job boards, and industry contacts to actively source new drivers.
• Follow up with leads and manage candidate databases effectively.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills (required).
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving (required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous driver‑recruiting experience or trucking industry knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
• Proven sales skills with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
