Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Ace Applications, LLC is hiring a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help identify, attract, and place skilled IT talent for mission-critical projects. This full-time role is hybrid remote in Orlando, FL (32826) and supports a structured, high-touch recruiting process from sourcing through offer coordination.

• Work with stakeholder organizations to understand IT staffing needs and develop customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source and screen candidates using multiple channels, including online job boards
  , social media
  , networking events
  , referrals
  , and direct sourcing
  .
• Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates'
  technical skills
  , relevant experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Present qualified candidates for consideration and coordinate interview scheduling
  , feedback sessions, and offer negotiations
  .
• Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, offering support and guidance throughout the job search and placement process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely communication and coordination between stakeholders, candidates, and internal staff.
• Keep candidate information current and accurate in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other internal databases.
• Provide regular updates and recruiting reports to management on recruitment activity.
• Complete outreach tasks and responsibilities to generate new leads

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on IT staffing and recruiting.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and assess technical candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates, clients, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS),
  CRM software
  , and other recruiting technologies.
• Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering strong candidate and client experiences.
• Business development, lead generation, client acquisition, or account management experience is preferred.
