Pay: $25 to $30/hour

Experience: Previous high-volume or pool recruiting experience.

HH Staffing is seeking a Contract Bilingual Recruiter to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Interview prospective candidates to evaluate potential and quality.
• Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database).
• Formally present, pitch, and propose products and services to clients as solutions to established problems.
• Conduct post-close administrative procedures.
• Elicit confidence from prospects and leads.

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Must be a self-starter and able to work well independently and alongside a team.
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence.
• Exhibit confidence and maintain a high level of self-accountability.
• Display drive and competitiveness.
• Must be transparent and possess excellent communication skills.
