Benefits & Employee Relations Specialist
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000+
Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite
Must be local to the Greater Orlando area.

- Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy guidance
- Support workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and terminations
- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and HR reporting within ADP and Excel
- Partner with executive leadership on employee matters, compliance, and HR initiatives
- 3–5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
- Strong experience with benefits administration and employee relations
- Experience supporting workers’ compensation, leave administration, onboarding, and HR compliance
- ADP experience preferred, along with strong Excel skills
- Manufacturing, light industrial, or similar workforce experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Orlando, FL and be local to the Greater Orlando area
