Technical Webmaster Content Lead – Margaritaville at Sea
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a Technical Webmaster / Content Lead to ensure website and e‑commerce platforms are consistently updated, optimized, and performing at peak levels. This role oversees site content management, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with product, UX, and marketing teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Manage website content across CMS platforms (Word Press, Sitecore, Tridion, AEM, Shopify, etc.)
- Ensure content accuracy, SEO optimization, accessibility, and brand consistency
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to site performance, integrations, and plugins
- Collaborate with UX/UI designer and product manager to implement new features and updates
- Monitor analytics, uptime, and page performance; recommend improvements
- Create and maintain publishing workflows, ensuring timely campaign and content launches
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience managing website content and operations using CMS platforms
- Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, and marketing stakeholders
- Hands‑on experience troubleshooting technical issues related to website performance, integrations, and plugins
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and brand consistency across digital platforms
- Proficiency in monitoring website analytics, uptime, and page performance using tools like Google Analytics, GTmetrix, or similar
- Ability to create and manage publishing workflows to support timely campaign and content launches
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.

Work ConditionsWork primarily in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Position is classified as “in‑person,” meaning the physical office is in Orlando.
