This isn’t your typical heads-down coding job—you’ll work side-by-side with staff to translate business needs into innovative solutions, partner with vendors on system delivery, and ensure our technology platforms are efficient, reliable, and scalable.
Requirements What You’ll Do- Develop, configure, and maintain solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and Share Point .
- Turn business requests into structured, effective technical solutions.
- Document workflows and processes to capture institutional knowledge.
- Collaborate with vendors on testing, QA, and implementations.
- Audit existing systems to find opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Provide training and support to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
- Act as the bridge between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Delivering projects on time with solutions that work the first time.
- Helping teams reduce manual processes and embrace automation.
- Earning positive feedback for clear communication and effective solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate workflows into solutions.
