About The Role
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Veeva Vault Administrator to lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Veeva Vault modules including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and Promo Mats. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing functions. You'll also support and enhance third-party and custom-built applications, primarily within Operations.
Title: Senior Veeva Vault Administrator
Location: Hybrid - Tampa, FL 33602 (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base salary + 10% annual bonus
Key Responsibilities- Administer and optimize Veeva Vault modules to meet evolving business and regulatory needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and recommend configuration changes
- Own Tier 1, 2, and 3 system changes from scope definition through post-production support
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements
- Translate business processes into technical specifications across Clinical, Regulatory, and Marketing
- Plan and execute off-hours changes to ensure GxP compliance with minimal disruption
- Serve as liaison between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure system alignment
- Administer and integrate third-party/custom applications with Veeva Vault
- Maintain documentation, develop training materials, and provide ongoing user support
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field
- 6+ years of hands-on Veeva administration experience, including CTMS, eTMF, RIM, and Promo Mats
- Current Veeva certifications required
- Strong understanding of business processes and system configuration best practices
- Experience with third-party/custom application integration in Operations and Regulatory
- Familiarity with GxP or other regulatory frameworks (certifications a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Veeva platform architecture and system integrations
- Proven experience with change management and production environment updates
- Ability to support audits and regulatory inspections through data integrity checks
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
