Overview
Job Title:
Service Now Solution Architect. Duration: 6 weeks with potential for extension. Location/Travel:
On-site Palm Beach, Florida; 2-4 days/week. Travel expenses are paid. Base pay range: $120.00/hr - $150.00/hr.
This role seeks a true Big 4 Solution Architect or CTA-level consultant who is willing to travel for onsite client engagement in Palm Beach, FL.
Role OverviewThe candidate should have implementation experience with Service Now (SNOW) and be a techno-functional designer. This person should be able to design business processes, anticipate challenges, assess risks, dependencies, and interfaces with HCM and other business functions to provide self-service workflow capabilities.
Responsibilities- Lead design and solution architecture for Service Now implementations (10-15 years of experience preferred).
- Design workflows, ticket management systems, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with executives (verbal and written).
- Collaborate across HCM and other business functions to enable self-service workflows and end-to-end process automation.
- 10-15 years of experience in design and solution architecture leadership
- Experience with workflow, ticket management systems, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong executive verbal and written communication skills
- Ideal experience with MBB firms, but not required
- Self-service workflow enablement
- Ticket management systems
